Certified PT, working with women through their teens, twenties, and into motherhood. Strength as the through‑line.
Coach in Mount Maunganui. Mum to Malia. PT & CrossFit L1. The one running off broken sleep and writing programmes between feeds.
I started Fitnesse to do two jobs at once. The first is the work I've always done: writing programmes for women who want to feel strong, in the gym or in their own kitchen, in the Mount or anywhere. The second is the thing nobody really named for me when I was starting out, standing between creators and brands so the deals don't get worse over time, the briefs don't get sloppier, and the content earns the attention it gets.
That sentence is the spine of the business: beauty might grab attention, but good content keeps it. I've watched too many beautiful creators get paid once and never again because the work didn't perform. I've watched too many brands light money on fire because they confused reach with retention. Both problems have the same fix, which is taking the content half of the equation as seriously as the look.
I'll also say what I don't do, because it matters. I don't work in the corner of the internet where "skinny is back in" is trending and Ozempic gets talked about like a wellness choice. Not because the copy can't get views, but because it can't keep them. I have a daughter, sisters, and a younger audience, and I'd rather the audience I have than the algorithm I could have had.
This season looks different. I'm running off broken sleep, up every 2 hours, breastfeeding, raising a 1‑year‑old as a solo parent and trying to be the best mum I can be. I'm not the era‑of‑PRs version of me. I'm a better version of me, because I'm a better mum when I make the effort to do things for myself. Sometimes it's a walk around the block. Sometimes it's a programme I write and never get to finish. Either way, I'm here.
